COVID lockdown 5th anniversary

“As a progressive business, we survived lockdown by pivoting quickly. Although, the pandemic did reshape how we operate, prioritising flexibility and adaptability, which we continue to do today.

“We focus on delivering clients the best possible service that we can, at the most effective price possible.

“This has also strengthened our e-commerce offerings, providing insights for our customers to better understand their online retail landscape, and enabling them to make strategic improvements to drive sales and enhance customer experiences.

“We have always been a digital based business that embraces technology, and the adoption of their enhancements to our business operations and client delivery.

“Since the pandemic, like many, we are more agile and more remote, and our digital technology strategy is always forward-looking and aligned with current trends.”

The pandemic had many positive benefits to our workplace culture, making us more flexible, collaborative, and digitally connected.

“Despite the shift to remote and hybrid work, in-person interactions remain important for team bonding and company culture, and we’ve reverted to a hybrid approach, with WFH for all office based staff on Fridays. The team has embraced this flexibility and grown stronger because of it.

“As a business with many field based staff working with retailers and customers face-to-face, this has remained much the same, but we now offer more online and remote training sessions to develop relationships further afield.

“Remote working, where interactions are 2D, doesn’t work to build and upskill teams or deliver amazing work, and creativity within our industry requires a dynamic that can only be delivered in person.

“An office has always been non-negotiable for us, as we see real value working together in person, and the benefits that this brings to collaboration, creativity, and team culture.

“I don’t know any CEO that isn’t thinking about the hybrid and work from home debate, but I do know many that are too scared to implement it.

“We firmly believe in a progressive approach to business, which sees our employees develop and grow alongside our brands and the business as a whole.

“Whilst we’re flexible in approach, an office as a place of work needs people in it to create a culture of high performance, to create a buzz and to deliver exceptional work.”
