At Gekko we are always looking to further understand the customer journey better at all stages and in all categories. As retail has been open for two weeks now, this short survey will only take a couple of minutes and is designed to capture your feedback on whether you have taken advantage of lockdown easing to go out shopping, and how you are feeling about being able to do so again.

All responses will be anonymous, and the findings aggregated to ascertain to better understand how the reopening of non-essential retail may have driven visits and purchases after over 4 months of closure.
