You will be the driving force behind achieving sales targets, fostering strong retail partnerships, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Salary £38,000 per annum + 12% bonus scheme

Your Role
The core responsibilities of this position will be:

Sales Leadership: Motivate and manage a team of Territory Sales Managers to exceed sales goals and KPIs.

Retail Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders with retail partners.

Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales performance, training initiatives, and market trends.

This opportunity will be full time on a 12 month contract. The role will require you to work remotely covering the North region of the UK (ideally based in the Manchester or Sheffield area) with nationwide travel where required.
