During the Q&A session Dan and Jack discussed the coming year’s trends for retail and how to continue trading with social distancing measures still in place.

They looked at how retailers can reach their customers in the absence of experiential events and promotions and how virtual engagement could be the answer to safer shopping during these uncertain times.
