Operations Manager


Join us at Gekko for an exciting opportunity as an Operations Manager for one of our global clients. You'll work closely with the Account Manager/Director to develop and lead the account operations and ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services to exceed expectations and make activation of events unique and relevant.

Your Package

  • Salary up to £36,000
  • 22 days paid holiday (per annum) in addition to bank holidays

Your Role
The core responsibilities of this position will be:

  • Support the effective management of client vendors to execute day-to-day requests, initiatives for events, experiential, design and other activations as required across sales operations, training and field team activity
  • Create insightful, timely and accurate reports to present to the brand
  • Manage and expedite events to agreed budgets and timelines
  • Management of Account Administrator/Executive(s)

This opportunity will be a full-time 12 month maternity cover contract based at our Newbury office.
