Facilities and Fleet Executive


Gekko Group is an award winning field marketing company providing marketing solutions to the technology, lifestyle and leisure sector in the UK and Ireland. We are looking for a Facilities and Fleet Executive to join our team in Newbury.

This opportunity is suited to an experienced and capable individual looking to develop their experience and responsibility within a growing organisation. We require an Executive with good attention to detail, ability to manage time effectively and support both office and field teams with fleet and office environment.

Reporting into our HR Manager, you will be responsible for helping to shape solutions across the Gekko Group. Duties will consist of;

  • Daily Office maintenance (Office supplies, catering/refreshment requirements, along with cleaning contractors)

  • Visitor/guest liaison within the office

  • Supervision of company car fleet and drivers (including issue, maintenance, repair and returns)

  • Being 1st point of contact for staff members for motor accidents and insurance queries.

  • Administration associated with Penalty Charge Notices and Motor Vehicle Penalties

  • Responsibility for planning and co-ordinating events and out of office activities/functions

  • Miscellaneous administration functions as required

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following skills;

  • Experience in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel exposure

  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills

  • The ability to work to fixed deadlines

  • Able to communicate at all levels
