Campaign Assignment Administrator


Gekko Group is an award winning field marketing company providing marketing solutions to the technology, lifestyle and leisure sector in the UK and Ireland. We are looking for a Campaign Assignment Administrator to join our expanding team in Newbury.

This role will require you to be assigning field staff to a specific job/campaign.

This opportunity is suited to a conscientious and driven individual looking to gain experience within a growing organisation and provide a great employment experience to staff. We are looking for an individual with excellent attention to detail, ability to manage time effectively, add value to the team and who will be thorough in their approach to tasks to meet deadlines.

Reporting into our Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring staffing requirements across our campaigns are fulfilled from our existing pool of staff or new recruits, meeting predetermined criteria across the Gekko Group. Duties will consist of;

  • Assessing and understanding Brand requirements and terms of campaigns

  • Assigning suitable staff based on location, availability and industry knowledge

  • Maintaining and updating staff database

  • Issuing email communication in a timely and professional manner

  • Creating informative campaign communications and monitoring responses

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following skills;

  • Experience in Microsoft Office suite, along with Google Drive

  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills

  • The ability to work independently and to timescales

  • High level of organisational skill coupled with accuracy
