Lead Sales Specialist
Gekko are recruiting for a Lead Specialist to manage our brands in store space, situated in a technology retailer. This role is on a fixed term contract, employed and managed by Gekko.
As Lead Specialist you will be charged with leading a team of specialists to evolve our brands presence of ground breaking product portfolio within the partner retailer.
Through proactive relationship building you will work with the stores management team, retail sales staff and specialists to set the vision and strategy for increasing the consumer experience of our brands eco system, implementing these to make an extraordinary impact.
Performance will be measured by; uplift in customer satisfaction, increased brand awareness of all of our brands products, timely comprehensive and accurate reporting, management and uplift in sales.
Lead Specialist responsibilities
Act as a front line partner for the brand in the retailer by developing relationships with store management and staff
Direct line management and development of a team of in store specialists
Proactively explore and implement strategies directly with Gekko to increase the customer experience and brand awareness
Impart knowledge through coaching and training the partner retail store staff and specialists to develop the in store customer experience.
Lead Specialist skills/experience
Management skills gained at retail management level, in technology or high-end retail environment
Delivery of product and sales training
Analytical approach to sales management
Ability to influence and build relationships at a senior level
Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
The Lead Specialist will be employed by Gekko on a full time (40 hour per week) fixed term contract, hour will include weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
